Bathroom Renovation - Day 19

So close to the end of the renovation, yet not quite there.  It's a good thing my family works in construction and when I was told July 4th as an end date, I knew "construction" speak and that it was no way possible.  But anyways, here's what we've been getting done lately.

I didn't realize when I ordered the new counter top that my old hardware would not fit


So back to my favorite place ever...the hardware stores

I settled with this Delta faucet as a replacement and I think it actually looks a lot better than the original (just hurt paying the extra $130)


And then came a big step, running water!




Next came caulking the tub


After close inspection Keanu approved of the job done


Then we installed the shower head, tub faucet, curved shower curtain and shower towel bar






Then the toilet paper holder and a new Kohler Toilet!



Also got a new trash can and the vent installed



What's left to do? Not much, but install a mirror over the vanity, trim work around the window and door and find some shelves for over the toilet.  We're getting closer!
