Today's look is Curls!  Took me only til Day 28 to really put a huge efford in my hair.  I got these (possibly too curly) curls with using sponge rollers and sleeping in them, yup I'm that old school.

Weird how I use the same filter yet my hair looks red in one picture and blond in the other (which currenlty I have red, brown, and blonde color in my hair, I like to part it different ways so it can change colors)

My Tiny Bathroom Renovation is Finally Done!

Can you believe it??? I sure can't!  I started back in June and my dear father told me he'd be done by July 4th, good thing I know "contractor speak".  But finally it is done!  The last things we added were the trim around the window, shelves, and some decorative accents.

I was starting to get sick today so I went with just a front twist down one side of my hair

I just love Sephora...

Most of my makeup comes from the drugstore, but I do purchase some from Sephora and I just love there Beauty Insider program (which I believe I've mentioned before).

I bought one Bareminerals full size powder foundation and got all this FREE

I got 1 perfum, 1 face moisturizer, a Smashbox set that included mascara, bronzer, primer, lip gloss and cream, and a Bareminerals set that included powder, BB cream (not pictured), brush, and oil.

They key is to watch those emails for the right deals and act fast!

Au Naturale

Day 7 of the Thirty Day Hair Challenge

Today's look - Au Naturale.  Which means I washed my hair and did nothing then.  I didn't brush or oil my hair.  About two years ago my hair started to change texture and if I don't oil it, my hair puffs out, sections randomly curl, some turn at right angles, some of it is wavy and some is dead straight.  Then combine that with the rain today and I'm a frizz ball. Oh well, got to work it!

Twisted Sections

Today I twisted the front of my hair back in 5 sections and then twisted those sections together so my hair is half up/half down

You may start to notice I love hair pins and that they are visible, give it an edge

September 5th - Bright

I did a side part with my hair this morning, then twisted the front sections back and pinned them.  I then teased the crown of my hair for more volume.  My polka dot dress also helped with the retro feel

Half Curly Hair into a Low Bun

I used my half curly hair from yesterday's braids and pulled them into a low messy bun with a deep side part
