DIY - Toilet Paper Art

I seem to be seeing Toilet Paper art everywhere lately and it's crazy what you can make out of this stuff!  I found it to be the perfect solution to my big empty wall...

The price of this project was $3.99 for one can of black spray paint.  You will also need some stuff from around the house: toilet paper rolls, a hot glue gun, ruler, and clothespins (optional but they make things much easier)

Cut the toilet paper into 1" sections

Arrange in the pattern you like and start hot gluing!  I used the clothespins to help secure the peaces until the glue dried.  It's much easier then holding the pieces together for a long time.

I waited overnight to make sure the glue was completely dried and then spray painted.  Make sure to spray from every angle, even picking up the piece and flipping it over.  There's a lot of nooks and crannies and you want them all to be covered up.

I made one big piece and then four smaller pieces to help fill out the wall, I was pretty pleased with the results and no one believes that it's from toilet paper!
